This policy sets out the prohibited uses of WinetPay and of the hotspots operated through the platform.
1. Uses prohibited for the operator
- Offering unlawful access or content;
- Misusing the platform for fraudulent purposes (fake payments, money laundering, circumvention of commissions);
- Attempting to compromise the security of the platform, the routers or the payments;
- Impersonating a third party or a brand;
- Collecting or exploiting customer data in breach of the Privacy Policy.
2. Uses prohibited for the end customer
- Using the Internet access for unlawful purposes;
- Attempting to circumvent payment or the captive portal;
- Harming the operator's network or third parties.
3. Anti-fraud measures
WinetPay monitors anomaly signals (abnormal payment failures, unusual withdrawals, repeated refunds, persistent outstanding balances, abnormal activity on a single customer identifier) and may, for blocking rules, automatically restrict an account, together with the reason and the history.
4. Sanctions
Any breach may result in the restriction, suspension or closure of the account concerned, without prejudice to any legal remedies.
