General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

1. Scope
These GTC govern (a) the sale of Internet access by the operator to the end customer via the platform, and (b) the WinetPay services provided to the operator (technical intermediation, collection, remittance). WinetPay provides the tool; the operator is the seller of the access.
2. Offers and prices
The offers (duration, bandwidth, price) are defined by the operator and displayed on its sales page. Prices are expressed in CFA francs (XOF), inclusive of any applicable taxes under the applicable regulations. No currency conversion is performed (single-currency).
3. Sales process and delivery
The customer selects an offer, pays through a Mobile Money method, then automatically receives an access ticket (username + password + QR). Delivery of the access is guaranteed as soon as the payment is validated, including in the event of a technical incident (automatic recovery). The target time is under 30 seconds under normal conditions.
4. WinetPay's remuneration
WinetPay's remuneration depends on the operator's plan:
- FREE: a number of complimentary sales (a total quota set by WinetPay, not monthly) with no commission whatsoever; the operator's Advertising and Promotions tools are locked (available from the PRO plan onward). Once this quota is reached, the account automatically switches to the PRO plan (the operator is notified) — without ever blocking or interrupting sales. Reverting to FREE is not possible;
- PRO: Advertising (image banners + link) and Promotions tools unlocked, unlimited sales, per-transaction commission;
- ENTERPRISE: a monthly subscription plan, with no per-transaction commission whatsoever; Advertising and Promotions tools unlocked and unlimited sales. Discounts are granted for a multi-month commitment. At expiry without renewal, the account automatically switches to the PRO plan, without interrupting sales. The operator keeps the ENTERPRISE plan until the term already paid for — stopping renewal does not give rise to a refund of the remaining period; a re-subscription during an active period extends the expiry date.
In all cases, WinetPay advertising inserts may be displayed on the sales pages and the dashboard, regardless of the plan. Each transaction records the gross / commission / net breakdown transparently. The amounts in force (PRO commission, ENTERPRISE subscription and discounts) appear on the Pricing page and may change.
5. Collection and wallet
The amounts collected (net of commission) are credited to the operator's wallet. The wallet reflects the available balance, the pending balance and the history.
6. Withdrawals
The operator may request the withdrawal of its available balance to a payment method supported in its country. Processing is automatic where the corridor allows it, otherwise manual. A withdrawal may be refused for a stated reason (insufficient balance, verification, etc.).
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As Internet access is a digital service performed immediately, it does not give rise to a right of withdrawal once the connection has been provided. Refund cases (error, double payment, non-delivery) are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.
8. Liability
The operator is responsible for the compliance of its offers and the quality of its WiFi network. WinetPay is not responsible for the quality of the connection delivered by the operator's equipment.
9. Complaints
Any customer complaint is handled through the operator's support module (tracking, comments, resolution). See the Support page.
10. Governing law
These GTC are governed by the law in force in Bénin.
