1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WinetPay platform (winet.ifiaas.com) by hotspot operators. Use of the service entails full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Description of the service
WinetPay enables the operator to: connect one or more MikroTik routers; synchronize and market Internet access offers; collect payments via Mobile Money; track revenue in a wallet; request withdrawals; view statistics; and manage customer support. WinetPay acts as a technical intermediary and is neither the telecommunications operator nor the payment institution (which is provided by the licensed partners).
3. Workspace creation and access
Creating an operator workspace is streamlined: a business name and a WhatsApp number are enough. The platform automatically generates a unique identifier (WNP-XXXXX), a session token, a secure link and a recovery kit (link, QR, code). The operator is solely responsible for safeguarding their recovery kit, which ensures they never lose access. A password is optional.
4. Sessions and security
Sessions may expire, be renewed or be revoked. The operator undertakes to keep their access credentials confidential and to report any unauthorized use. WinetPay may revoke a session or require enhanced verification where a risk arises.
5. Operator obligations
The operator undertakes to: use the service lawfully; offer only products that comply with the applicable regulations; not compromise the security of the platform; provide accurate information; and respect the rights of end customers. Abusive or fraudulent use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Availability
WinetPay aims for high availability but does not guarantee the complete absence of interruptions. The platform is designed for continuity: automatic resumption of critical operations after an incident, and hotspot autonomy even if the platform is temporarily unavailable.
7. Plans and fees
The financial terms (FREE, PRO and ENTERPRISE plans; commissions, subscription, quotas and discounts) are set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and on the Pricing page. They may change; any change is brought to the operator's attention.
8. Suspension and termination
WinetPay may restrict, suspend or close an account in the event of a breach, fraud or legal requirement, with the reason communicated and a history retained. Suspension may be partial (hotspots and tickets already issued are not affected; sale pages are disabled with a neutral message). The operator may request the closure of their account; financial data is retained in accordance with legal obligations (Privacy Policy).
9. Liability
WinetPay is not liable for failures of the Mobile Money networks, the telecom operators or the operator's equipment. Its liability is limited to the provision of the service as described.
10. Amendments to these Terms
These Terms may be amended; the applicable version is the one published online on the date of use.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law in force in Bénin. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bénin.
