1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. WinetPay limits the use of cookies to what is strictly necessary.
2. Cookies used
- Essential cookies / storage: maintaining the operator session (access token), remembering the language (FR/EN) and interface preferences (theme). Essential to operation; they do not require consent.
- Audience measurement: WinetPay does not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers in version 1. Should anonymous audience measurement ever be enabled, it would be subject to your consent and documented here.
3. Sales pages and advertising
On sales pages, advertising networks may be displayed, regardless of the operator's plan. These third-party networks may place their own cookies, subject to your consent and to their respective policies. No advertising is enabled by default.
4. Managing consent
A banner lets you accept or manage your preferences. You may change your choices at any time and configure your browser to block cookies (at the risk of impairing certain features).
5. Duration
Essential cookies are retained for the duration of the session or for as long as the preference is stored.
