1. Commitment
WinetPay designs its interfaces to be simple, intuitive and accessible, usable without training and on the widest possible range of devices, in accordance with its principles (mobile-first, universal compatibility).
2. Measures implemented
- Contrast compliant with level AA and legible text size;
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators;
- Semantic HTML and explicit labels (compatibility with assistive technologies);
- Touch targets that are sufficiently large (mobile);
- Respect for the "reduce motion" preference;
- Compatibility mode ensuring operation on limited browsers and networks, without reliance on JavaScript for essential actions (browsing, payment, receipt of the ticket).
3. Scope
The sales page (the entry point for revenue) receives priority attention: it remains fully usable on older devices, captive WebViews and 2G/3G networks.
4. Known limitations
Certain advanced features (for example the visual builder) require a modern browser; simple alternatives (direct links, QR) remain available.
5. Feedback
To report an accessibility difficulty: [to be completed]. We strive to provide a suitable response.
